More details about this report...
At around
mid-way through each trading day we run
a screen against our database of
high-ranked stocks, searching for
possible buy candidates that are trading
at or near their 52-week high on above
average volume. The results of that
screen are split into the two sections
you see below. The first, titled
"TODAY's FEATURED STOCKS" shows stocks
that our experts have recently
identified as among the strongest candidates to
consider. Stocks highlighted in yellow
are the most timely and noteworthy, so
particular attention and prompt action
may be appropriate. The second section,
titled "TODAY's BREAKOUT SCREEN" shows
the remainder of stocks meeting today's
screen parameters. Our experts have
reviewed and included notes on these
stocks as well, but found that they may
not match up as favorably.

This Spanish firm from the Medical- Ethical Drugs industry has little resistance remaining due to overhead supply. Subsequent volume-driven gains for new highs are needed to trigger a technical buy signal. Reported earnings +34% on +25% sales revenues for the Mar '14 quarter, marking its 4th consecutive quarter with earnings above the +25% minimum guideline (C criteria). Hitting a new 52-week high with today's 4th consecutive gain. Reported earnings -30% on -12% sales revenues for the Mar '14 quarter. Still holding its ground stubbornly following a considerable "breakaway gap" for a new 52-week high on 5/05/14. Reported earnings +22% on +20% sales revenues for the Mar '14 quarter. Prior mid-day reports repeatedly cautioned members - "Consecutive quarterly comparisons just below the +25% minimum earnings guideline (C criteria). Pulling back today for a 4th consecutive loss, retreating from its 52-week and all-time highs hit with recent gains backed by great volume conviction. Fundamental concerns remain after reporting earnings +22% on +7% sales revenues for the Mar '14 quarter. Made gradual progress since last noted in the 1/15/13 mid-day report - "Earnings growth in quarterly comparisons has been below the +25% minimum guideline, short of the C criteria. Its annual earnings (A criteria) history has been good. The number of top-rated funds owning its shares rose from 986 in Mar '12 to 1,024 in Sep '12, a reassuring sign concerning the I criteria."
