particular attention and prompt action
may be appropriate. The second section,
titled "TODAY's BREAKOUT SCREEN" shows
the remainder of stocks meeting today's
screen parameters. Our experts have

not match up as favorably.

Its considerable gain above its pivot point on the prior session with 3 times average volume met the guidelines for a technical buy signal. A remaining concern previously noted is that a follow through day from at least one of the major averages (M criteria) is needed as a critical reassurance before new buying efforts are justified under the investment system guidelines.

The Consumer Products - Electronic firm has subsequently rebounded and rallied to new all-time highs, and it is extended from a sound base now with no overhead supply to hinder its further progress. For the quarter ended June 30, 2010 it showed earnings -67% on -28% sales revenues versus the year ago period. Although it reported earnings +53% on +40% sales in the quarter ended September 30, 2010, the recent flaw in its earnings history is very disappointing with respect to the C criteria."
