particular attention and prompt action
may be appropriate. The second section,
titled "TODAY's BREAKOUT SCREEN" shows
the remainder of stocks meeting today's
screen parameters. Our experts have
reviewed and included notes on these
stocks as well, but found that they may
not match up as favorably.

Y - This Chinese Computer Software firm hit a new 52-week high today, trading above its point with above average volume. After a choppy 8-week base during which it found prompt support after a 50 DMA violation, the 11/26/10 mid-day report cited a pivot point based on its 52-week high plus ten cents. As previously noted - "Disciplined investors will resist the temptation to get in 'early' while watching for a convincing breakout and a follow through day from at least one of the major averages (M criteria) as critical reassurances before new buying efforts are justified under the investment system guidelines."

Hit a new 52-week high today while making its 3rd consecutive appearance in this mid-day report. It found prompt support near its 50 DMA line during its consolidation since noted in the 10/22/10 mid-day report - "Earnings were up +13% on +39% sales revenues in the latest quarter ended September 30, 2010, which is a new flaw with respect to the C criteria. Technically there is no resistance remaining due to overhead supply. Based on weak action it was dropped from the Featured Stocks list on 5/06/10, and after a subsequent trip below its 200 DMA line it recently rallied to new all-time highs. AMZN was featured in the 4/23/10 mid-day report (read here) while it was encountering distributional pressure following strong results for the March 31, 2010 quarter."
