Sales revenues and earnings improved in the Mar and Jun '12 quarters, but prior mid-day reports noted - "Annual earnings (A criteria) history has not been strong and steady. Low-priced stocks are discouraged from consideration as buy candidates under the fact-based system unless all key criteria are solidly satisfied."
