Y - Inching into new high ground this week on the right side of a 7-week flat base above its 50 DMA line and well above prior chart highs in the $5 area. Color code is yellow with pivot point noted based upon its 3/15/10 high plus ten cents. Quarterly earnings (C criteria) in the 2 latest quarterly comparisons showed great increases while sales revenues growth accelerated to +27% in the period ended Mach 31, 2010. It has a good annual earnings (A criteria) history, and a small supply (S criteria) of only 11.0 million shares in the public float. Technically, a gain and strong close above its pivot point with heavy volume would trigger a buy signal.

Consolidating near its 50 DMA line, perched only -5% off its all-time high. It has not formed a recent sound base, but price/volume action has been mostly bullish. Sales revenues have shown acceleration, as the quarter ended March 31, 2010 showed better than +25% increases. Prior mid-day reports noted its quarterly sales revenues and earnings increases - "below or borderline with the investment system's minimum guidelines." Increasing top-rated institutional ownership (I criteria) is a reassuring sign. Annual earnings (A criteria) growth has been strong. On 4/11/07 this stock was dropped from the CANSLIM.net Featured Stocks list and it subsequently fell from $40+ to $14 before rebounding impressively.

Pulling back today following a negative reversal on the prior session after a very big gap up gain on 4/30/10. Noted in the 5/03/10 mid-day report - "Concerns were raised based upon the intensified selling on 1/17/08, back when it was dropped from the Featured Stocks list as its 50 DMA line violation triggered technical sell signals. It has rebounded and rallied into new all-time high territory in recent months, however quarterly sales and earnings increases in all of its most current comparisons have been below the +25% investment system guidelines."

Its up and down annual earnings (A criteria) history remains a concern while hitting yet another new 52-week high today and getting extended with its 5th gain in a row on heavy volume. A considerable gain on 4/28/10 helped it rally up from its 50 DMA line on news of a small acquisition. It has made steady upward progress since noted in early January 2010 after rallying straight up from the bottom of a 7-week base. Quarterly earnings increases (C criteria) have been strong and well above the +25% guideline. A downturn in FY '07 earnings tarnished its earnings track record.
