This Medical - Services firm hit another new 52-week high today. Recently rose from an orderly consolidation with no resistance due to overhead supply. Earnings increases above the +25% minimum guideline (C criteria) are reassuring however sales revenues increases show worrisome sequential deceleration from +48%, +20% to +12% in the Jun, Sep and Dec '12 quarterly comparisons versus the year ago periods, respectively. Its shares split 3:1 on 12/31/12. Increasing ownership from 598 top-rated funds in Mar '12 to 938 in Dec '12 is a reassuring sign concerning the I criteria.
