It had slumped below its 200 DMA line while encountering distributional pressure after wedging to new all-time highs without great volume conviction following the 6/28/11 mid-day report which noted - "Based on poor technical action it was dropped from the Featured Stocks list on 7/13/10. It has rebounded impressively since, yet its fundamental characteristics today are not a match for the fact-based system at all. Disciplined investors avoid the temptation to get in 'early' and may review earlier notes and observe that CVLT did not trigger a technical buy signal after it had been featured in the 7/06/10 mid-day report."
