Rebounding toward its 52-week high today following 4 consecutive volume-driven losses after an analyst downgrade. Prior mid-day reports repeatedly cautioned - "Reported earnings +23% on +29% sales revenues for the Oct '13 quarter, a 2nd consecutive quarter below the +25% minimum earnings guideline (C criteria). Found support at its 200 DMA line during its consolidation after violating prior lows near $15.50 when dropped from the Featured Stocks list on 8/21/13."

Making its 3rd consecutive mid-day report appearance, retreating from its 52-week high following considerable volume-driven gains. Stubbornly held its ground in a tight range above its 50 DMA line during its consolidation since noted with caution in the 12/03/13 mid-day report - "Lack of sales revenues growth is a concern. Quarterly and annual earnings history (C and A criteria) are not a match with the fact-based investment system's guidelines. Very extended from any sound base."

Pulled back and tested support at its 50 DMA line with above average volume behind today's 6th consecutive loss while retreating from its 52-week high. The 12/30/13 mid-day report last cautioned members again - Reported earnings +22% on +5% sales revenues for the quarter ended Sep 30, 2013 versus the year ago period. Reported earnings +22% on +6% sales revenues for the quarter ended June 30, 2013 versus the year ago period. Prior quarters showed better earnings but with sub par sales revenues growth. Dowturn in FY '09 and '10 earnings is a flaw concerning its annual earnings (A criteria) history."

Reported earnings +10% on +25% sales for the Sep '13 quarter, its 2nd consecutive quarterly comparison below the +25% minimum earnings growth guideline (C criteria). It had just been featured in the May 2009 issue of CANSLIM.net News (read here)."

Perched at its 52-week high today following a "breakaway gap" on the prior session. The 3 latest quarters through Sep '13 showed great earnings increases (satisfying the C criteria) while sales revenues increases were only in the +3-7% range. Its large supply of 505 Million shares (S criteria) outstanding makes it an unlikely sprinter, and its downturn in FY '09 earnings is a flaw in the A criteria.

Challenging its 52-week high today. Found support near its 50 DMA line during its consolidation since last noted with caution in the 10/17/13 mid-day report. Survived but failed to impress since dropped from the Featured Stocks list on 7/31/09. Its annual earnings (the A criteria) history showed a downturn in 2012, leaving fundamental concerns. After a streak of negative quarterly sales revenues and earnings comparisons it showed great improvements in the Mar, Jun, and Sep '13 quarters. Its small supply of 30.1 million shares (the S criteria) outstanding could contribute to especially great volatility in the event of institutional accumulation or distribution. The number of top-rated funds owning its shares rose from 312 in Mar '13 to 391 in Dec '13, which is good news concerning the I criteria."
