The M criteria remains a concern until a follow-through day confirms the new rally and justifies new buying efforts under the system's strict guidelines. Prior high near $131 defines initial chart support to watch.

Color code was changed to green after slumping more than -7% below its pivot point. It failed to convincingly rally for a close above its pivot point after touching a new 52-week high on 3/22/11. Quarterly and annual earnings results include blue triangles beside the reported earnings figures - the blue triangles are symbols indicating that pre-tax, non-recurring items were included (where possible, such items are normally removed to provide data better suited for comparison)."

With respect to the N criteria, explosive sales revenues increases would be a true indication of great or growing demand for any company's products.'"

The 2 most recent quarterly comparisons (Sep and Dec '10) show improving sales and earnings, but its prior earnings and sales history was below the investment system guidelines and Street estimates for FY '11 and FY '12 are calling for earnings growth only in the +4-7% range. It survived but failed to impress since weak technical action was noted and it was dropped from the Featured Stocks list on 6/11/08."

Prior mid-day reports noted - "Extended from any sound base. Rallied promptly from support at its 50 DMA line, and consecutive volume-driven gains prompted prior mid-day report appearances while it was noted - 'Recent quarters showed much better sales and earnings increases versus the year earlier. Prior quarterly comparisons and annual earnings (A criteria) growth have not been strong and steady, so it is fundamentally below guidelines of the fact-based investment system. Since last noted in the 12/06/10 mid-day report it proposed another Secondary Offering on 12/14/10. It was dropped from the Featured Stocks list on 11/8/07, very soon after it had been featured in the October '07 CANSLIM.net News (read here). It completed a Public Offering on 5/14/10 and at least one other offering following the three offerings visible on the chart in the old report.'"
