Pulling back this week after recently inching to a new highs without great volume conviction. Prior mid-day reports noted - "This low-priced stock has failed to make meaningful progress after it was in 2 earlier November mid-day reports (and in August reports) noted - 'Encountered resistance when approaching the $7 threshold in recent months while forming an orderly base-on-base type pattern. It has now strung together 3 consecutive quarterly comparisons showing strong sales and earnings increases (C criteria) after a streak of negative quarterly comparisons versus the year ago period. Leadership (L criteria) in the Semiconductor group is also reassuring. Caution is called for, as the investment system guidelines discourage buying low-priced stocks.'"
