After 6 consecutive monthly gains it is also near its 2004-2005 all-time highs in the $53-55 area. The C criteria is satisfied as recent quarterly comparisons show earnings increases above the +25% guideline on +15%-20% better sales versus the year ago period. Its up and down annual earnings history (A criteria) is a concern."
