Hit another new high today. It reported +12% earnings on +6% sales revenues for the quarter ended September 30, 2010. Recent mid-day reports noted - "Inching higher from stubborn resistance in the $15 area, and no overhead supply remains to hinder its progress. For the quarter ended June 30, 2010 it reported +53% earnings on +7% sales versus the year ago period, continuing its solid earnings trend. Sales revenues were reported in the -4% to +11% range for the past 7 comparisons, however, leaving fundamental concerns. It found support well above its 200 DMA line but endured heavy distribution since noted in the mid-day report on 4/30/10 following a Secondary Offering completed 3/31/10. Revered into the red after hitting another new 52-week high today. As it posted a considerable gain, the 11/02/10 mid-day report noted - "Reported +19% earnings on +26% sales revenues for the quarter ended September 30, 2010. After topping its October 2009 highs it was noted in recent mid-day reports - 'No overhead supply remains to hinder its progress. Recent quarterly comparisons showed sales revenues accelerating from flat or single digit percentages up to the +18-19% range in the Mar and Jun '10 quarters , but its earnings rose only +8% in the quarter ended June 30, 2010. The downward turn in its FY '08 earnings (bad A criteria) is a concern. Weak technical action prompted its removal from the Featured Stocks list on 1/7/08, shortly after it had been featured in the December 2007 issue of CANSLIM.net News (read here).'"

Enduring some recent distributional pressure near its 52-week and new multi-year highs, and wider intra-day swings indicate uncertainty. No resistance remains due to overhead supply. The number of top-rated funds owning its shares fell from 128 in Sep '09 to 119 in Sep '10, not a reassuring sign concerning the I criteria. Annual earnings (A criteria) history has been up and down since the company reorganized (01/06/04). Recent quarterly earnings increases (C criteria) have been well above the +25% guideline. Sales revenues increases in the +17-18% range in the Mar and Jun '10 periods were an improvement from prior lackluster comparisons, yet it just reported a +12% sales revenues increase for the quarter ended September 30, 2010.

It could go on to produce more climactic gains.
