It has earned high ranks and its prior quarterly and annual earnings (C and A criteria) history had been strong, however, quarterly earnings comparisons showed worrisome deceleration while increasing by +62%, +53%, +26%, and +10% over the Jul '12, Oct '12, Jan '13 and Apr '13 periods, respectively. The Jul '13 quarter was also below the +25% minimum guideline (C criteria) of the fact-based system. This Medical - Systems/Equipment firm survived but failed to impress since dropped from the Featured Stocks list on 4/15/05.

Reported earnings +17% on -7% sales for the Jun '12 quarter. Prior mid-day reports repeatedly cautioned members - 'Reported earnings +41% on -7% sales revenues for the Mar '13 quarter. Lackluster sales revenues growth history makes it not a good match with the fact-based investment system's guidelines as it reveals no great demand for new (N criteria) products or services. Recently making a little progress above multi-year resistance in the $19 area, and it found support near its upward sloping 50 DMA line.'"
