Hit a new 52-week high when noted in the 8/22/11 mid-day report - "Wedged higher last week without great volume conviction following its prior volume-driven gains above stubborn resistance in the $13 area. Quarterly sales revenues and earnings increases in the 4 latest comparisons through June 30, 2011 were well above the +25% guideline satisfying the C criteria. The downturn in FY '09 earnings is a fundamental flaw concerning the A criteria. With respect to the I criteria, the number of top rated funds owning its shares fell from 911 in Mar '11 to 860 in Jun '11. It survived but failed to impress since 4/23/2008 when it was dropped from the Featured Stocks list and subsequently fell from $13 to $3 over the next 6 months. First it had traded up as much as +25.4% after it was first featured at $15.89 in the February 2008 CANSLIM.net News (read here)."

Quickly rebounded from another 50 DMA line violation, and continuing to hold its ground hovering near its 52-week high. Recent mid-day reports noted - "Fundamentals are still sub par today. Quarterly sales revenues increases in the +1-6% range for the past 8 comparisons versus the year ago period are an indication there has not been great growth in demand for its products."

Rebounding above its 50 DMA line this week after a recent slump below its 200 DMA line. Reported earnings +19% on +7% sales revenues for the latest quarter ended June 30, 2011 versus the year ago period. Prior mid-day reports noted - "A recent spurt of volume-driven gains helped it rally above prior highs in the $61-63 area. Quarterly earnings increases decelerated to below the +25% range in the Mar '11 quarter while sales revenues have been in the +5-13% range in the past 7 quarterly comparisons versus the year ago periods. Several auto-parts firms are showing concurrent leadership, which is a common theme whenever economic conditions pressure more consumers into repairing their clunkers rather than buying new cars they cannot afford. Its annual earnings history has been sluggish (A criteria)."
