Retreating from its 52-week high today following a considerable gap up and volume-driven gain on the prior session. The 7/18/13 mid-day report cautioned - "Reported earnings of 15 cents per share versus 2 cents per share (up +650%) on +22% sales revenues for the June '13 quarter. Held its ground stubbornly at its 50 DMA line again since last noted in the 7/01/13 mid-day report. Made great progress after a streak of consecutive gains starting with considerable gap up gains 4/18/13 and 4/19/13 backed by very heavy volume. Consolidating in a tight range near its 52-week and all-time highs, extended from prior highs in the $49 area. Prior mid-day reports cautioned - "Earnings history is not a good match with the fact-based system's guidelines (C criteria) after a sub par Dec '12 quarter.
