Trading in a very tight range, consolidating above prior chart highs and its 50 DMA line. Noted in prior mid-day reports - "Amid early-May's market weakness it briefly dove below its 50 and 200 DMA lines, then promptly rebounded. Recent quarters showed improved earnings increases but sales revenues have not shown strong increases and its annual earnings history (A criteria) has been up and down."

Encountering mild distributional pressure after touching a new all-time high on 6/22/10 following an orderly 8-week base. It has pulled back to its 50 DMA line which has acted as support while basing well above earlier chart highs. Sub-par sales growth and erratic earnings history raise fundamental concerns.

Holding its ground above its 50 DMA line since gapping down on 6/18/10 news of another Proposed Public Offering. It recently reached new all-time highs and was noted in several mid-day reports - "master limited partnership owns and operates natural gas transportation pipelines and storage assets in the US, it has reported sales revenues and earnings increases borderline with the minimum guidelines of the fact-based investment system in recent quarterly comparisons and has a good annual earnings (A criteria) history. It completed additional Public Offerings in June '09 and Jan '10."

Making a stand today near its 50 DMA line after a 6/23/10 gap down and considerable loss with higher volume. Noted in prior mid-day reports that it - "endured numerous distribution days since March yet it held up well, and on 5/28/10 its share price was impacted by a 2:1 split . The Medical - Products firm has a slow but steady annual earnings history. Quarterly sales revenues and earnings increases have been below guidelines. With respect to the N criteria, explosive sales revenues increases would be a true indication of great or growing demand for any company's products."
