Spiking to new 52-week highs with above average volume behind today's 8th consecutive gain. Prior mid-day reports recently noted - "Quarterly earnings increases in 3 of the past 4 comparisons through Mar '13 have been above the +25% minimum guideline (C criteria). There are 11.9 million shares reportedly in the publicly traded float, and the small supply (S criteria) of shares can contribute to greater price volatility upon any institutional buying or selling."

Earnings increases in recent quarterly comparisons through Mar '13 were strong and satisfied the C criteria (above the +25% minimum guideline). Pulling back from its 52-week high with today's 3rd consecutive loss on ever-increasing volume. Held its ground and rallied further since noted in the 5/06/13 mid-day report with caution following its considerable "breakaway gap" and volume-driven gain - "Reported earnings +106% on +48% sales revenues for the Mar '13 quarter, ending the previously noted streak of decelerating sales revenues increases. Sequentially, prior comparisons showed decelerating sales revenues increases from +131%, +99%, +60%, to +40% in the Mar, Jun, Sep, and Dec '12 quarters, respectively. Retreating from its 52-week high with today's 4th loss backed by above average volume in the span of 5 sessions. Prior highs in the $3.25 area define near-term support to watch coinciding with its 50 DMA line. Its Earnings Per Share Rating has improved to 90, above the 80+ minimum guideline. Fundamental concerns remain with respect to its earnings history through the Mar '13 quarter. The market's biggest winners showed earnings increases of +25% or more in the 3 or 4 most current quarterly comparisons versus the year ago periods. After years of losses it has reported profits in FY 10-12 making it a slightly better match with respect to the investment system's A criteria. It has a large supply of 6.3 billion shares outstanding. Low-priced stocks are discouraged from consideration under the fact-based investment system unless all key criteria are solidly satisfied.
