G - Hit a new 52-week high today above average volume behind a considerable gain. Technically, it is rallying from an advanced "3-weeks tight" base with no resistance remaining due to overhead supply, however no new pivot point is being cited. Until the market confirms a new rally with a solid follow through day from at least one of the major averages (M criteria) the fact-based investment system argues against new buying efforts in any stocks.

Hovering near its 52-week and all-time highs after a recent spurt of volume-driven gains. Stubbornly held its ground since last noted in the 5/11/12 mid-day report - "Recently held its ground in a tight trading range above its 50 DMA line. Completed a new Public Offering on 12/07/11. There are 8.8 million shares reportedly in the publicly traded float now. Quarterly and annual earnings history are not a match with the C & A criteria but it has earned high ranks."

Reported earnings +200% on +30% sales revenues for the quarter ended February 29, 2012 versus the year ago period. A volume-driven breakout 4/02/12 was previously noted in the 4/10/12 mid-day report when it was also noted - "Earnings history is not a match with the investment system's guidelines."

Perched near its 52-week high today following a negative reversal on the prior session. Reported earnings +48% on +4% sales revenues for the quarter ended April 30, 2012 versus the year ago period. Prior quarterly comparisons were sub par with respect to the C criteria. Made steady progress and found support near its 50 DMA line in recent months, and no overhead supply remains to act as resistance. It survived but failed to impress since last noted in the 11/22/10 mid-day report - "Rallying above a multi-month downward trendline after finding support at its 200 DMA line in August. Earnings and sales revenues growth has been sluggish in recent quarterly comparisons and it has a slow but steady annual earnings (A criteria) history."

Slumping below its 50 DMA line today, yet it is possibly forming a 4-week "square box" base pattern. The 5/18/12 mid-day report noted - "Churning heavy volume this week without making meaningful price progress, a sign it is enduring distributional pressure amid widespread market (M criteria) weakness. It has not formed a sound base, yet it found support at its 50 DMA line and extended its rally from prior highs in the $120 area since noted in the 4/19/12 mid-day report - 'Quarterly sales revenues and earnings growth has been in line with the investment system's guidelines concerning the C criteria. Annual earnings growth has been strong following a dip in its FY '09 earnings.'"

Making its 2nd consecutive mid-day report appearance, consolidating above prior highs following a considerable gap up gain for a new 52-week high that leaves it facing no resistance due to overhead supply. Recently found support near its 50 DMA line while encountering distributional pressure near its all-time highs. Reported earnings +13% on +11% sales revenues for the quarter ended April 30, 2012 versus the year ago period. The 4/03/12 mid-day report noted - "Reported earnings +24% on +10% sales revenues for the quarter ended January 31, 2012 versus the year ago period. Recent quarterly comparisons and earnings had improved greatly, but the Oct '11 period showed earnings +11% on +8% sales revenues, below the guidelines of the fact-based system, and a downturn in FY '08 & '09 annual earnings (A criteria) history is another fundamental flaw."

Hovering near its 52-week high today, holding its ground following a streak of gains with above average volume while getting very extended from any sound base pattern. Reported earnings +50% on +32% sales revenues for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 versus the year ago period. Earnings were above the +25% minimum guideline in 3 of the past 4 quarterly comparisons satisfying the C criteria, however fundamental concerns remain regarding its annual earnings (A criteria) history. The 5/31/11 mid-day report noted- "Found support near its 50 DMA line throughout its ongoing ascent violation. Cluster buying by company insiders in recent months was noted as a reassuring sign. Recent quarterly comparisons show sales revenues and earnings improvements helping it better satisfy the C criteria, but a downturn in FY '09 and FY '10 is a flaw with respect to the A criteria."

Considerable gap up gain today with heavy volume for a new 52-week high, blasting from below its 50 DMA line after damaging distributional losses. Reported earnings +39% on +9% sales revenues for the quarter ended April 30, 2012 versus the year ago period. Current earnings per share have been up +25% or more in 3 of the past 4 comparisons, which is good concerning the C criteria. However, quarterly sales revenues increases in the +6-9% are below the robust growth guidelines of the investment system, while sales should be up +18-25% or more or showing great acceleration over prior quarters.

The 5/08/12 mid-day report and subsequent reports repeatedly noted - "Quarterly and annual earnings (C and A criteria) increases have not been strong and steady enough to meet the guidelines."
