Holding its ground near its 52-week high after spiking higher with multiple gains backed by above average volume, rising from a choppy 7-week base. There is no overhead supply to act as resistance, yet it is up substantially from a low of $0.47 in Nov '08. Recent quarterly comparisons showed huge earnings increases, however sub par sales revenues growth reveals no great growth in demand for its products or services. Cardtronics will not receive any of the proceeds from the secondary offering of 7 Million shares of its common stock by the selling stockholders just announced. Piper Jaffray & Co. and UBS Securities LLC are the joint book-running managers for the offering. William Blair & Company and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey are acting as co-managers.

This Israel-based Medical-Systems/Equipment firm gapped up and hit a fresh 52-week high today. It is extended from any sound base, having shown very bullish action since rising from the previously noted 14-week double bottom base. Sales revenues growth has accelerated in recent quarters, an encouraging sign. It has produced solid earnings increases above the +25% guideline. Its up and down annual earnings history (A criteria) is a concern.

Pulling back today after early gains for yet another new 52-week high. Stubbornly held its ground after a recent streak of 11 consecutive gains, and it is extended from any sound base. The Israel-based Computer - Networking firm's weekly chart is marked by several recent up weeks on heavy volume without any distributional pressure since March 2009 lows near $4.25. Recent quarters have shown very impressive improvement in fundamentals, but its flawed annual earnings (A criteria) history has been noted as a concern.
