Hit a new high today with its 5th consecutive gain, rising from a choppy 7-week base. There is no overhead supply to act as resistance, yet it is up substantially from a low of $0.47 in Nov '08. Recent quarterly comparisons showed huge earnings increases, however sub par sales revenues growth reveals no great growth in demand for its products or services.

Holding its ground since its 3/25/10 gap up for a considerable gain and new 52-week high after reporting better than expected results for the quarter ended Jan 31, 2010. Extended from any sound base, this Retail - Clothing/Shoe firm has a good annual earnings history (A criteria). The 2 latest quarters (Oct '09 and Jan '10) showed sales revenues accelerating and impressive earnings increases, but that is after 4 prior earnings comparisons which were negative or well below the +25% minimum guideline.

Consolidating near its 52-week high after a recent streak of 11 consecutive gains, extended from any sound base. The Israel-based Computer - Networking firm's weekly chart is marked by several recent up weeks on heavy volume without any distributional pressure since March 2009 lows near $4.25. Recent quarters have shown very impressive improvement in fundamentals, but its flawed annual earnings (A criteria) history has been noted as a concern.

Touching another new 52-week high and all-time high today. The high-ranked Apparel firm followed through to new highs with gains last week backed by above average volume after a brief consolidation above its prior chart highs. Technically, its gain on 3/01/10 with volume helped it break out from an orderly base. Quarterly earnings increases have been well above the +25% guideline, satisfying the C criteria. Its up and down annual (the A criteria) earnings history makes it a sub par candidate, and sales revenues increases have been in the +7% to +17% range, not especially strong or meeting the +25% guideline.
