Gapped up today for a considerable volume-driven gain and a new 52-week high on news it will acquire Apex Systems. It held its ground above prior highs during its consolidation since the 2/14/12 mid-day report noted - "Rising clear of all resistance due to overhead supply. Strong sales revenues and earnings increases versus the year earlier periods in recent quarterly comparisons (through Dec '11) satisfy the C criteria. Its annual earnings (A criteria) growth has not been strong and steady, so it is fundamentally below guidelines of the fact-based investment system."

Hitting another new high today with above average volume adding to its recent spurt of gains. It was noted in the 3/02/12 mid-day report _ "Volume-driven gains this week helped it break out of a 9-month base pattern, technically clear of all resistance due to overhead supply. Its 50 DMA line acted as support since noted in the 2/10/12 mid-day report - 'Reported earnings +114% on +30% sales revenues for the quarter ended December 31, 2011 versus the year ago period. Earnings rose +89% on +32% sales revenues for the latest quarter ended September 30, 2011 versus the year ago period. Prior quarterly and annual earnings (A criteria) history has been below the investment system's guidelines. Guidelines also suggest avoiding low priced stocks unless all key criteria are solidly satisfied. This Israeli Computer Software - Enterprise firm survived but failed to impress since noted in the 7/23/09 mid-day report.'"

It remains perched within close striking distance of its all-time high. Found support above its 50 DMA line during its orderly consolidation since last noted in the 2/22/12 mid-day report - "It has earned high ranks however its earnings history is not a good match with the fact-based system's guidelines. Went through a long consolidation and slumped below its 200 DMA line from the old high which was hit when noted in the 12/07/10 mid-day report - 'Extended from prior chart highs in the $25-26 area. It rallied from an inverse-head-and-shoulders type pattern since finding support at its 200 DMA following the previously noted 'breakaway gap' on 4/27/10. Leadership in the Auto/Truck - Replacement Parts group (L criteria) is a reassuring sign. The C criteria is satisfied as recent quarterly comparisons show earnings increases above the +25% guideline on +15%-20% better sales versus the year ago period. Its up and down annual earnings history (A criteria) is a concern.'"
