Holding its ground after a streak of 6 consecutive gains with above average volume. Prior mid-day reports repeatedly noted - "No overhead supply remains to hinder its progress. It promptly repaired a 50 DMA line violation in January while consolidating and then continued rising since completing a Public Offering of additional shares on 11/19/10. Previously noted an additional offering earlier last year on 4/15/10. It has attracted an increasing number of top-rated funds as shareholders. Recent quarters show great sales and earnings increases versus minuscule numbers for the year ago period. Leadership in the industry group (L criteria) is helping it fare well, but its limited earnings history and repeated stock offerings are cause for some concern. "

Hit a new 52-week high with a gap up gain today. Prior chart highs in the $52 area acted as support. During a recent streak of volume-driven gains the 2/24/11 mid-day report noted - "The latest earnings data available via our sources was for the period ended June 30, 2010, and it may be due to soon report results for the Sep and Dec '10 periods. The downturn in its FY '09 earnings is a flaw with respect to the investment system's A criteria. Found support near its 50 DMA line and made gradual progress since last noted in the 10/13/10 mid-day report - 'This big South-African Oil and Gas - Refining/Marketing firm's sales revenues and earnings increases improved in the 2 most recent quarters after a streak of 4 negative quarterly comparisons.'"

The 3/02/11 mid-day report noted - "Following 3 consecutive gap up gains it hit another new 52-week and all-time high today before reversing into the red. While rising just above previously stubborn resistance in the $13 area, no overhead supply remains to act as resistance. It completed a Public Offering on 12/14/10 after it was noted in a handful of Nov and Dec '10 mid-day reports - 'This low-priced Canadian mining company's considerable gain with heavy volume for a new 52-week high may catch the eye of some technical traders. Its 4 latest quarterly comparisons show strong sales revenues and earnings increases following negative comparisons in the prior 4 quarters. Last noted in the 5/13/10 mid-day report after a then recent surge to new highs, then it subsequently slumped below its 200 DMA line before rebounding impressively. Poor annual earnings (A criteria) history is a fundamental concern.'"
