Y - Gapped up today and quickly rallied above its pivot point and "max buy" level to new all-time highs. Its considerable gain has it rising from an 8 week base. During its "handle" it barely corrected, whereas a proper handle is downward sloping. ARST was first featured in yellow at $19.91 in the 9/01/09 mid-day report with an annotated daily graph (read here).
