Subsequent volume-driven gains above the pivot point are needed to trigger a proper technical buy signal. Found support at its 200 DMA line during its consolidation then rebounded since last noted in the 3/20/14 mid-day report with caution - "Since a downturn in the Mar '13 quarter its recent quarterly comparisons have shown earnings increases above the +25% minimum guideline (C criteria) and it has a strong annual earnings (A criteria) history.
