This low-priced stock is hitting yet another new 52-week high with a 9th consecutive volume-driven gain after rising from the previously noted 4-week "square box" base during which it pulled back and found support at its 50 DMA line. Reported earnings +200% on +30% sales revenues for the quarter ended February 29, 2012 versus the year ago period. A volume-driven breakout 4/02/12 was previously noted in the 4/10/12 mid-day report when it was also noted - "Earnings history is not a match with the investment system's guidelines."

Slumping below its 50 DMA line and below prior lows today, raising concerns. Low-priced stocks are discouraged from consideration under the fact-based system unless all key criteria are solidly satisfied. Prior mid-day reports noted - "This low-priced stock does not meet the fact-based investment system's guidelines. Its earnings history has not been strong and steady."

Rebounding toward its 52-week high. Earnings increases were above the +25% guideline in the Dec '11 and Mar '12 quarterly comparisons after 3 consecutive quarterly comparisons with earnings increases just under that minimum guideline. Went through a deep consolidation below its 200 DMA line since last noted in the 6/09/11 mid-day report - "Completed a Secondary Offering on 3/01/11 since noted in the 2/16/11 mid-day report after a breakaway gap helped it clear a previously noted 9 month long base. This Financial Services - Misc firm's quarterly earnings and annual earnings (C and A criteria) history has not been strong and steady."

Perched at its 52-week high today. Above average volume behind a streak of 6 consecutive gains helped it rally above prior resistance in the $6 area. Prior mid-day reports noted - "Reported earnings of 13 cents per share versus 1 cent per share with sales revenues up +71% for the latest quarter ended March 31, 2012 versus the year ago period. Its recent quarterly comparisons (through Dec '11) showed improving sales growth and big earnings increases. A loss in FY '10 and erratic annual earnings history (A criteria) leave fundamental concerns as it does not match the investment system's guidelines."

Gapped down today, pulling back from its 52-week high. When trying to rally from a "double bottom" base pattern the 5/29/12 mid-day report noted - "Reported earnings +0% on +21% sales revenues for the Mar '12 quarter. Quarterly earnings increases were well short of the +25% minimum guideline in the Sep and Dec '11 quarters. It survived but failed to impress since noted in the 12/16/10 mid-day report - 'On 12/06/10 it broke out from a flat base above its 50 DMA line and a previous cup shaped base. Quarterly earnings per share have been below the +25% guideline and its annual earnings (A criteria) history has been erratic, including a decrease in FY '08 earnings versus the year earlier.'"

Wider than usual intra-day price swings are an indication of uncertainty in recent weeks, yet little resistance remains while it is now perched -4.2% off its 52-week high and it may be forming an advanced "3-weeks tight" base if the current week ends with little net change. The 6/08/12 mid-day report noted - "Recent spurt of gains backed by above average volume leaves it extended from any sound base pattern, up from its $14 IPO on 3/08/12. Limited history is a concern."

Still perched within close striking distance of its 52-week high today after finding support near its 50 DMA line during the recent consolidation. Reported earnings of 63 cents per share in the quarter ended March 31, 2012 versus a penny in the year ago period. Held its ground at its 50 DMA line during its choppy consolidation in April after an impressive spurt of volume-driven gains. Prior mid-day reports noted - "Fundamentally it is not a match with the fact-based investment system's guidelines. Low-priced stocks are discouraged from consideration as buy candidates unless all key criteria are solidly satisfied."

Rallied to within -6.1% of its 52-week high with today's 7th consecutive gain. Reported earnings +10% on +25% sales revenues for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 versus the year ago period, its first comparison with an earnings increase below the +25% minimum guideline in more than 2 years. The number of top-rated funds owning its shares fell from 354 in Jun '10 to 302 in Mar '12. A downturn in FY '08 and FY '09 earnings (A criteria) is a flaw in its annual earnings history.

Touched a new 52-week high today while building on a base-on-base pattern, consolidating above prior highs and its 50 DMA line in the $11 area that define chart support. Low-priced stocks are discouraged from consideration unless all key criteria are solidly satisfied. Repeatedly noted in prior mid-day reports - "Annual earnings (A criteria) showed steady increases since a downturn in FY '08. This Ireland-based firm hailing from the Medical - Products industry group is not a match with the winning models from the book, 'How To Make Money In Stocks'. The past 8 quarterly earnings comparisons through Mar '12 were below the +25% minimum guideline of the fact-based investment system."
