Fundamentals remain strong enough to still satisfy the C and A criteria, however decelerating sales revenues and earnings increases in sequential quarterly comparisons through the Dec '12 quarter is a concern. Completed a new Public Offering on 12/06/12 and, technically, it broke out above previously stubborn resistance in $19 area with volume-driven gains in January.
