Holding its ground today after recovering back above its 50 DMA line. It had violated that important short-term average just 2 days after noted in the 3/08/11 mid-day report -"It recently rallied well above its 2008 high ($33.60) after clearing it. Recent quarters show sales and earnings improving but prior history is below the fact-based system's guidelines. Today's gain has it quietly approaching the 52-week and all-time high hit when last noted in the 2/16/11 mid-day report - "Heavy volume behind it after it reported earnings +111% on +27% sales revenues for the quarter ended January 31, 2011 versus the year ago period. It topped its previously noted 2008 all-time high ($94.89) since it was last noted during a streak of consecutive gains in the 1/13/11 mid-day report. Earlier, the 12/08/10 mid-day report noted - 'Breaking out from an orderly base after finding prompt support near its 50 DMA line. Earnings have been up by better than +25% in the 3 most recent quarters and sales revenues increases have shown acceleration. A big streak of negative comparisons and downward turn in its FY '09 annual earnings (A criteria) are concerns with respect to the investment system guidelines.'"

Within close striking distance of its 52-week high today. It found support soon after distributional pressure led to a few 50 DMA violations since it was last noted in the 12/17/10 mid-day report - "Latest quarterly results for the period ended September 30, 2010 showed earnings +60% on +29% sales revenues. Prior quarterly and annual earnings history is below the investment system guidelines. The long-term chart deserves some study since this Bermuda-based Retail - Internet firm was noted in the mid-day report on 10/30/07 after - ''Technically breaking out of a 12-week cup shaped base. Strong earnings meet the C criteria, but its annual earnings history has been up and down, and sales revenue growth has shown increases below the +25% guideline.'''

In the 3 prior mid-day reports it was noted for - "Consecutive volume-driven gain(s) after a 15-week cup shaped pattern where it found support above its 200 DMA line.
