It found prompt support near its 50 DMA and 200 DMA lines during its pullback since last noted in the 9/13/11 mid-day report - "No overhead supply remains to act as resistance. Sales revenues have been +12-19% and earnings increases above the +25% guideline for the past 4 comparisons through Mar '11 versus the year ago period(s). The prior growth history for this Retail/Wholesale Building Products firm included a downturn in FY '09 which raises concerns with respect to the A criteria of the fact-based investment system's guidelines."

Pulling back from its all-time high under prior chart highs and slumping toward its 50 DMA line. Reported earnings +18% on +12% sales revenues for the quarter ended June 30, 2011 versus the year ago period, and prior mid-day reports noted - "Quarterly sales revenues and earnings increases have not met the investment system guidelines. It has maintained a solid annual earnings (A criteria) history since it was dropped from the Featured Stocks list on 9/05/08. Earnings growth has been slow and steady in the +13-18% range in quarterly comparisons versus the year ago period, however sales revenue growth in prior periods has been in the +2-8% range, farther below guidelines."

Prior quarterly comparisons and annual earnings (A criteria) growth have not been strong and steady, so it is fundamentally below guidelines of the fact-based investment system. It survived but failed to impress since dropped from the Featured Stocks list on 7/26/07."
