Y - No overhead supply remains as this Luxembourg-based Financial Services firm's gain today with above average volume has it perched only -1.5% from its 52-week high while building on an orderly 9-week flat base above its 50 DMA line. C criteria is satisfied as recent quarterly comparisons had big sales and earnings increases versus the year ago period. However, its Sep '09 quarter and FY '09 earnings results have blue triangles beside the earnings figure on the graph service used by our experts indicating that pre-tax, non-recurring items were included (where possible, such items are normally removed to provide data better suited for comparison). The number of top-rated funds owning its shares fell from 47 in Sep '09 to 35 in Jun '10. It did not make significant progress since noted in February 2010 mid-day reports -"Annual earnings (A criteria) history has been up and down and needs additional review."

Hitting a new 52-week with today's 8th consecutive gain, now extended from the "orderly base" pattern that was noted in the 9/13/10 mid-day report. Many US-based for-profit school stocks have been battered amid fears of regulatory changes, yet this China-based firm has been strong. Earnings increases 3 of the past 4 quarterly comparisons were in the +21-26% range while sales revenues growth was accelerating. Based on weak technical action it was dropped from the Featured Stocks list on 11/17/08. It has a small float of 29.5 million shares with management owning a 22% stake - keeping them motivated to build shareholder value.

With respect to the N criteria, explosive sales revenues increases would be a true indication of great or growing demand for any company's products."
