G - Found support above its 50 DMA line after 2 losing sessions with above average volume since its big volume-driven gain on 5/17/12 for a new 52-week high. It had not formed a sound base pattern, however no overhead supply remains to act as resistance. Reported earnings +33% on +36% sales revenues for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 versus the year ago period and it received an analyst upgrade. Recent lows near the $55 area define important chart support to watch.

Found support at its 50 DMA line during its consolidation since last noted when it gapped up on 4/24/12 for a considerable gain and new 52-week and all-time highs. Reported earnings +29% on +29% sales revenues for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 versus the year ago period. The prior quarterly comparison (Dec '11) also showed strong sales and earnings increases following 4 previous quarters with earnings increases below the +25% minimum guideline. Its annual earnings (A criteria) history has been good following a downturn in FY '08. The Medical - Supplies group has improved (Group RS rating is 90), which is encouraging news concerning the L criteria.

Slumped below its 50 DMA line and prior lows with a damaging volume-driven loss on 5/17/12. It made little headway after last noted when hitting a new 52-week high with a volume-driven gain in the 4/26/12 mid-day report - "Reported earnings +24% on +9% sales revenues for the quarter ended January 31, 2012 versus the year ago period. It has shown strong annual earnings (A criteria) growth while its quarterly increases have been borderline with the minimum +25% guideline for the C criteria. It is already heavily owned by mutual funds. While consumers are fixing their old cars and holding off on new car purchases, AZO and similar players in the auto-repair arena have shown some leadership."

Gapped up today and hit a new 52-week high. No resistance remains due to overhead supply. Recently found support near its 50 DMA line while encountering distributional pressure near its all-time highs. Reported earnings +13% on +11% sales revenues for the quarter ended April 30, 2012 versus the year ago period. Last noted in the 4/03/12 mid-day report - "Reported earnings +24% on +10% sales revenues for the quarter ended January 31, 2012 versus the year ago period. Recent quarterly comparisons and earnings had improved greatly, but the Oct '11 period showed earnings +11% on +8% sales revenues, below the guidelines of the fact-based system, and a downturn in FY '08 & '09 annual earnings (A criteria) history is another fundamental flaw."

Churning heavy volume today after a volume-driven gain on the prior session helped it rally near its 50 DMA line which may now act as a resistance level. Perched -5% off its all-time high. Its 3 latest quarterly comparisons through Mar '12 had earnings increases below the +25% guideline (not meeting the C criteria). It went through a deep consolidation below its 200 DMA line then rebounded since noted in the 7/28/11 mid-day report. - "It has earned high ranks after demonstrating strong steady annual earnings (A criteria) growth. This Denmark-based Medical - Ethical Drug firm also has seen the number of top-rated funds owning its shares rise from 152 in Mar '10 to 204 in Mar '11, a reassuring sign concerning the I criteria."

Still perched within -5.7% of its 52-week high today, yet trading below its 50 DMA line after damaging distributional losses on heavy volume within the past week. Reported earnings +18% on +8% sales revenues for the quarter ended January 31, 2012 versus the year ago period. Noted in prior mid-day reports - "Quarterly sales revenues increases in the +6-8% are below the robust growth guidelines of the investment system. Its earnings and sales revenues showed improvement in the recent quarterly comparisons but its growth history is below the fundamental guidelines of the investment system. Current earnings per share should be up +25% or more and the past 3 or 4 comparisons in many cases accelerating in recent quarters. Quarterly sales should also be up +18-25% or more or accelerating over prior quarters."
